The Aereo Performance and Risk Manager will identify, manage, and mitigate operational and contractual risks while championing productivity and cost efficiency across our long-term service contracts.
You will act as a key partner to our operations and finance teams, ensuring that our service delivery remains safe, reliable, and profitable. By analyzing fleet performance and driving continuous improvement, you will help us prevent losses, reduce waste, and sustain high-performance standards across our global energy infrastructure.

- Mitigate operational and commercial risks by maintaining robust risk registers and proactive mitigation strategies.
- Drive productivity improvements by identifying inefficiencies and benchmarking best practices across service lines.
- Analyze complex
