Procurement Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist with a strong automotive background to support sourcing activities, supplier management, and project coordination within a dynamic international environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement of prototype components and related R&D; services.
- Coordinate suppliers throughout the sourcing, ordering, and delivery process.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage delivery schedules to ensure project milestones are met.
- Negotiate timelines and coordinate logistics activities with suppliers and external partners.
- Prepare and present procurement status reports, timing updates, and cost summaries.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Project Coordination within the automotive industry.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and logistics coordination.
- Strong planning, organizational,



and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English; German is considered a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

yearly gross salary: 26.000€ - 32.000€
