Indie Campers in Italy is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead depot operations, coaching leaders across locations and ensuring high service standards. You will drive performance, SOP compliance, and KPI-driven improvements while managing budgeting and P&L; with cross-functional teams.
The role requires 7–10 years in hands-on ops, 3–5 years in leadership, strong English, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
