Job Description Summary

The Global Process Engineer (GPE) will work closely with the Global Manufacturing Engineering Leader and focus on developing and deploying global standards to improve reliability, availability, and performance of Aero Alliance’s manufacturing equipment and processes. The GPE will analyze data, implement proactive measures, drive cost reduction through standardization, and serve as a focal point for new technology introductions, asset transfers, and new process introductions. The role requires coaching a dotted‑line organization of local factory manufacturing engineers, leveraging analytical skills and lean methodology to create process standards (“One Product One Process”).

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop packaging, material transportation, material conveyance, and material handling process & equipment standards; deploy global standards across the Aero Alliance factories.
- Lead the transformation toward automated material transportation solutions including AGVs.
- Define, control, and communicate global processes for manufacturing assets,



including facility integration, acceptance testing, machine health checks & calibrations, preventive maintenance plans, spare parts strategy, technical & technology training.
- Validate engineering specifications and shop‑floor application of new processes, including EHS, Manufacturing Engineers, Engineering, Quality, Materials, Industrialization, and Sourcing.
- Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies using FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, and safety teams to design and implement preventive and predictive programs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing equipment downtime and improving quality processes.
- Lead investigations into failures and chronic issues, identifying root causes and implementing robust corrective actions to eliminate problems from re‑occurring.
