In this position, you will oversee the entire sales process for our innovative healthcare solutions, serving as the main point of contact for medical practitioners in the Ferrara and Rovigo regions. Your primary objective will be to engage directly with doctors, enhancing their operational efficiency and improving patient access to care.

Salary: €40,000 to €48,000 gross annual package, inclusive of performance-based bonuses
What you'll do
- Proactively identify and reach out to local healthcare professionals through various methods, including cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Assess and qualify leads, ensuring a systematic follow-up process to advance the sales pipeline effectively.
- Deliver engaging on-site demonstrations of our products, addressing any questions from prospects to facilitate prompt decision-making.
- Oversee the entire negotiation process, guiding prospects through to the final contract signing.
- Provide initial training on our products and offer support during the installation phase to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to guarantee a seamless transition for new clients into our system.
- Maintain precise records within the CRM system, tracking key performance indicators such as conversion rates and sales cycle duration.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales strategies and personal performance.
- Report regularly on sales activities and outcomes to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in field sales or business development, preferably in a relevant industry.
