The IT Business Analyst – Aftersales Repairer Experience at Stellantis supports the design, enhancement, and continuous improvement of digital platforms critical for the Aftersales ecosystem. You will focus on dealer and repairer data, KPIs, and dashboards to drive service retention, sell-out and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include gathering requirements, coordinating with Agile teams, validating solutions in UAT, and ensuring accurate data delivery and reporting.
