Rho is redefining what it means to work for a CRO. The Clinical Team Lead will oversee clinical operations on assigned projects, provide direction and training to CRAs, and ensure adherence to study protocols, ICH/GCP guidelines, and regulations.
This is a permanent remote role with occasional travel for site visits and client meetings. The CTL will lead CRO teams, manage budgets and timelines, partner with cross-functional groups, and maintain risk mitigation strategies while ensuring quality
