- Manage commercial and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle, including EPC, consortium, subcontract and supplier agreements.
- Support contract negotiations, procurement activities and contract administration,



ensuring compliance and effective change management.
- Identify, assess and manage commercial risks, claims and contractual disputes, developing strategies to protect the company's interests.
- Coordinate contractual correspondence, project documentation, reporting, guarantees, insurance and payment-related activities.
- Advise project teams and stakeholders on commercial and contractual matters, supporting successful project execution and close-out.

Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Law or a related field, with knowledge of Italian contract law.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in contract and commercial management within EPC and turnkey industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of standard contract forms (e.g. FIDIC, IChemE), subcontracting and service agreements.
- Solid negotiation, claims management and commercial risk assessment skills, with the ability to draft contractual documentation in It
