SprintlyWorks is seeking a Manager - Sales and Business Development to lead client acquisition and growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will identify opportunities, build executive relationships, and steer consulting engagements from prospect to close.
With 4+ years in BD or client-facing roles in consulting and a strong understanding of enterprise buying, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to shape proposals and grow the regional footprint in Europe.
