Field Application Engineer (m/f/d) Lombardia Est

What you will be doing
- Support regional sales activities through application engineering and technical guidance.
- Take responsibility for all devices in our automation area: controllers, HMIs, sensors and motors.
- Gather customer technical requirements, define specifications, and execute assigned project tasks.
- Apply analytical thinking to evaluate applications, select suitable products, and prepare technical documentation.
- Provide on‑site customer support, including installation setup, software training, and programming assistance.
- Support and develop all customers based in Lombardia east and Veneto west area.
What we are looking for
- Degree (or equivalent) in Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics, Informatics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Alternatively: a high school diploma plus 3+ years of experience in a technical field related to mechatronics applications.
- Strong analytical mindset, customer‑oriented communication,
and willingness to support on‑site activities.
- Business fluency in Italian; strong English language skills are very preferred.
