We are looking for an ambitious HR Manager to lead the people agenda across three manufacturing sites in Southern Italy, partnering with operational leaders to drive business performance, employee engagement, and organisational growth.

The successful candidate will join with a clear pathway to progress into a Senior HR Manager – South Italy position.

What You'll Be Doing

As a trusted business partner, you'll work closely with site leadership teams to deliver both strategic and operational HR support across multiple manufacturing sites.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Leading organisational change, restructuring, and organisational design projects.
- Supporting workforce planning to meet changing business demands.
- Managing complex employee relations matters and building positive relationships with trade union representatives.
- Ensuring compliance with Italian employment legislation and collective bargaining agreements (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
- Driving learning, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Coaching managers to build high-performing, engaged teams.
