Silversea is seeking an Executive Chef to lead its onboard culinary department and ensure the delivery of high-quality cuisine to ultra-luxury guests. This role involves managing a large international team and planning menus across multiple dining venues.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in an Executive Chef role, a deep culinary background, and ability to enforce health and safety standards. A valid STCW95 certification and fluency in English are required, along with at least one additional language.
