We are currently looking for O&M; Supervisor to join our M Renewables team inItaly, part of our subsidiaryMETKA EGN.
Your role will encompass:
- Support the O&M; Project Manager/Head in the hiring and selection process of site personnel, including local searches (town halls, local TEE,
electricians’ unions). Contribute to the optimization of manpowerand resourceutilization.
- Collaborate with the O&M; Project Manager and Control Room Engineers in defining and executing plant handover activities to ensure a smooth transition from EPC to O&M.;
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that safe working conditions aremaintained, in alignment with the O&M; H&SSupervisor;’s guidelines.
- Coordinate daily activities and maintainclose communication with the O&M; Project Manager and site technicians for operational matters.
- Review, report and validate Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance activities performed in the field.
- Ensure daily monitoring of the SCADAs and updates in the CMMS (Fiix) and verify that the systemremainsfully operational for data extraction and reporting.
- Manage, monitor and improve maintenance KPIs, identifyinggaps and proposing corrective actions.
