We are seeking a SENIOR / COUNSEL / PARTNER lawyer to join an excellent leading and growing boutique law firm. You will be looking for that next stage in your career as Counsel or already be a Partner and already have a business portfolio - as this is a Partnership opportunity. (Rome or Milan based)
Our client is a highly regarded law firm with ambitious growth plans and a strong reputation for delivering commercially focused advice to an impressive portfolio of domestic and international clients. As part of its continued strategic expansion, the firm is seeking an established Intellectual Property Partner to play a key role in developing and growing its IP offering.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a successful partner, or a senior lawyer on the cusp of partnership, with a proven track record in intellectual property matters and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
You will advise clients across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious IP matters, including:
- Trade marks, copyright, design rights and patents
- Brand protection and portfolio management




- IP strategy and commercialisation
- Licensing, assignments and collaboration agreements
- Technology, digital media and software-related IP
- IP disputes, enforcement and litigation (where applicable)
