LVMH Group, located in Strada in Chianti, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to supervise the entire Leather Goods manufacturing process. You will lead a team of Production Supervisors and artisans, ensuring production goals and quality standards are met.
The ideal candidate has a university degree in Industrial Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and is fluent in English and Italian. Strong problem-solving and team-building skills are essential for maintaining a motivating work environment.
