Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a IT Integration Project Manager in one of our opportunities in the Retail & Commerce / IT industry in Italy?
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT integration projects involving ERP, OMS, WMS, and other enterprise platforms.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams and systems.
- Coordinate and align multiple vendors, system integrators, and technology partners, ensuring clear accountability and delivery standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors.
- Drive integration strategy, planning, and execution, including data, interfaces, middleware, and downstream system dependencies.
- Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates with clear, concise reporting.
- Proactively identify risks, integration challenges, and cross-system impacts; define and implement mitigation plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field,



or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in three or more IT solution disciplines, with a strong background in Project Management, Finance & Budgeting.
- Knowledge of global Retail & Commerce services, content management systems, RFP preparation, and project management frameworks.
- Excellent English communication skills; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across nationalities, mediums, and temperaments.
- Strong organization, prioritization, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; proven experience in global and virtual team environments.
- Freelance: Full remote – open to candidates based anywhere in Italy.
- Employee: Hybrid working model – once a week at one of our offices: Turin, Milan, Rome, or Bologna.

Nice to have:
- Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2, SCRUM, Agile) would be a plus.
