What you'll do
- Oversee the planning and execution of TrakCare implementation projects, ensuring compliance with established timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Assume full responsibility for the project lifecycle, managing daily operations and securing necessary resources to facilitate effective team collaboration.
- Define project goals and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle, adhering to InterSystems' customer engagement methodologies.
- Monitor obligations of clients and third-party vendors, addressing any escalations related to project modifications.
- Be prepared for assignments that necessitate regular travel to customer sites, which may account for 70-80% of your time.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns that arise.
- Ensure that all project documentation is maintained accurately and is accessible to relevant parties.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience managing implementation projects for integrated healthcare solutions in a client-facing capacity, preferably within public or private healthcare settings.
- Proven track record of overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to execution and closure.
