At Oxigent Technologies, we are looking for a Senior Manager - Strategy & Innovation to join a strategic growth and innovation team based in Barcelona.

Your mission will be to lead corporate and operational strategy initiatives and support the strategic management, aimed at accelerating high-impact projects across the organisation.

What will your main responsibilities be?
- Lead CxO-level strategy and innovation programmes, from problem definition to final recommendations.
- Develop strategic roadmaps, business cases, blueprints and executive presentations.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams, defining priorities, governance, resources and milestones.
- Advise and influence senior executives and key stakeholders across different business units and regions.
- Identify business,



technology and industry trends and translate them into strategic opportunities.
- Mentor and support the development of managers, analysts and junior team members.

What will you need?
- At least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, innovation or business transformation.
- Experience within a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, or equivalent firms)
- Previous experience as an Engagement Manager, Project Leader or equivalent.
- Ability to structure ambiguous business challenges and develop strategic proposals from a blank page.
- Experience creating and presenting CxO-level strategies, roadmaps and recommendations.
- Strong programme management, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- University degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Sciences or a related field.
