We are looking for a hands-on AI & Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy practical AI solutions that directly support business operations. This role is delivery-focused, working at pace to turn real business needs into working AI capabilities embedded in day‑to‑day workflows.

The first major initiative will be the development of a sales enablement AI agent, providing real‑time product guidance, compliance support, and alternative product recommendations to internal sales teams. You will work closely with IT, data, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are robust, secure, and aligned with governance and architectural standards.

What You Will Do
- Design and build AI agents that support core business processes, starting with sales enablement.
- Develop GenAI‑powered solutions that deliver accurate, real‑time product, compliance, and recommendation outputs.
- Integrate AI solutions with internal systems, structured data sources, documentation repositories, and external APIs.
- Deploy AI solutions into live environments, ensuring usability,



scalability, and strong user adoption.
- Continuously improve AI solutions based on user feedback, usage patterns, and business outcomes.
- Build and maintain APIs, workflows, and backend services supporting AI functionality.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to internal AI governance, security policies, and data protection standards.
- Identify and deliver additional AI use cases as part of a scalable AI capability roadmap.

What You Bring
Technical Skills
- Experience building AI solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Copilot Studio and Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Strong understanding of API integrations and connectors for internal and external data sources.
- Understanding of Generative AI / LLM concepts and implementation approaches.
- Experience integrating AI into busines
