Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
Experience in software development with any modern language or framework.
Curiosity, experimentation mindset, and interest in AI-assisted development.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar).
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in team environments.
Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
Availability for short- and medium-term business travel.
The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €28,000 to €42,000.



It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).
Experience with AI tools, frameworks, or platforms (e.Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, etc.).
Practical experience with prompt design, evaluation, and optimization.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools and rapid prototyping approaches
Background in Microsoft ecosystem (c#, python, Azure, Copilot 365, Copilot Studio).
Experience working on experimental projects or MVP development.
Availability for occasional short- and medium-term business travel.
