As a Financial Advisor, you will operate within a post office environment, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in delivering financial and advisory services while supporting clients in achieving their financial goals.
Promoting and selling financial, insurance, and investment products in compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements;
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through active listening and tailored advisory;
Managing and growing your client portfolio through structured planning and consistent engagement;
Ensuring continuous professional development and upskilling.
Graduates with at least two years of experience in the role, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

For this position, the minimum Gross Annual Salary (RAL) is equal to that established by the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for non-executive employees of Poste Italiane (which should be referred to for the exact amount), corresponding to Level B under a full-time employment contract.
