Responsibilities / Tasks
~ Design and configure homogenizers according to customer specifications and project requirements.
~ Provide technical support and expertise to internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.
~ Collaborate with the Sales team by participating in customer meetings and technical discussions.
~ Execute validation procedures for pharmaceutical homogenizer units, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
~ Apply and maintain knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and norms related to homogenizer design and manufacturing.
~ Contribute to the continuous improvement of products, processes, and engineering practices.
~ Support cross-functional projects and collaborate with colleagues across different departments and Group companies.
~ Promote a culture of teamwork, innovation, and operational excellence, aligned with LEAN principles. Your Profile / Qualifications
~ Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
~0-3 years of professional experience in engineering, design,



or technical roles.
~ Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
~ Customer-oriented mindset with attention to quality and detail.
~ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and international environment.
~ Eagerness to learn, develop technical expertise, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
