Experteer OverviewIn this role you guide the e-commerce platform's direction and collaborate with product owners to shape an outstanding user experience. You lead development and manage external partners, applying Agile methods to ensure quality and efficiency. You will leverage data to drive continuous improvement and strategic decisions. You connect IT with Marketing to ensure architectural solutions align with enterprise guidelines, contributing to Costa's digital evolution and guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Define e-Commerce roadmap in collaboration with Product Owner.
- Lead development and vendor management with Agile practices.
- Use data and metrics to monitor performance and drive improvements.
- Facilitate collaboration between IT and Marketing ensuring aligned architecture.





Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing technology projects.
- Technical expertise in AEM, Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento), React, PHP, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication skills for translating business concepts to technical teams.
- Ability to build relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders.
