Who are you?
1. Lean Culture Ambassador: You lead by example, cultivating a Lean culture across all plants under your scope. Drive VSM, Kaizen events, improvements on shopfloor.
2. Process-Oriented Leader: You know when to enforce process discipline.
You are the regional source of technical lean skillset to establish processes – focusing on Production Scheduling, Production Planning, WIP management on the shopfloor.
3. Data-Driven Decision-Maker: You have a digital mindset and able to create dashboards by your own, using Power BI or other tools. IA & Machine Learning experience.
4. Team Coach: With boots on the ground, at Gemba, you are constantly present at the point of impact, shape mindsets with clarity, train with purpose, and coach with conviction.
Who will you set to win, and how will you do that?
- Supply Chain Managers: You will coach Site Supply Chain leaders on foundational practices such as Daily Management, Visual Management, Problem Solving, and Action Planning. You will also support them in structuring and executing KPI management routines, shaping project pipelines tied to their Value Stream Maps (VSMs), and facilitating workshops and kaizens aligned to their VSM-based
