We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a leading team supporting content creators on one of the world’s most innovative platforms. This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and includes a comprehensive relocation package to make your move easy and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to content creators and influencers using Meta and Instagram tools.
- Assist with subscription management, account troubleshooting,
and technical queries.
- Offer expert guidance on marketing tools and platform features.
- Conduct outbound calls to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Identify trends and resolve issues for small and medium-sized business clients.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Italian speaker with fluent English.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday).
