Role Description
The Proposal Manager will lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of technical and commercial proposals for oil & gas and water treatment projects. This full-time,
on-site role based in Occhiobello involves analyzing tender documents, defining proposal strategies, and working closely with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to develop competitive offers. The position includes preparing cost estimates, schedules, and technical documentation, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards. The Proposal Manager will track proposal progress, manage clarifications with clients, and support contract negotiations when required. The role also involves maintaining proposal templates and tools, monitoring market trends, and contributing to continuous improvement of the bid process.
