Your Mission
We are looking for a proactive and curious Demand Planning Intern to join our EMEA Planning Team in Milan In this role, you will support the team in the forecasting and planning activities for the region, gaining hands‑on experience in data analysis,
inventory management and cross‑functional collaboration. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced planners, work with advanced planning tools, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation of demand forecasts using internal planning tools and basic analytical models.
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Finance to collect inputs and understand business drivers.
- Updating and maintaining dashboards, reports and KPIs to monitor forecast performance and inventory levels.
- Contributing to stock analysis and helping track slow movers, phase‑in/phase‑out items, and sell‑out trends.
- Supporting the team in daily operations such as data validation, system updates, and documentation activities.
- Learning to use planning software and ERP systems to track demand and inventory flows.
