Be responsible for the overall management of all operational departments at the Mondi Duino plant. This includes end-to-end responsibility for the production process, from raw material processing to finished product output, as well as the maintenance function;
Direct and manage all aspects of daily manufacturing operations and maintenance;
Develop and execute production strategies to achieve volume, cost, and quality targets;
Lead and develop production managers, supervisors, and employees, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence;
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with Mondi’s operational excellence methodologies;
Drive implementation of Mondi Management System (MMS) on site;
Monitor key production KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent performance;
Develop and manage production budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures;
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies;
The position reports directly to the Managing Director.




10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role;
~ Master’s degree in Paper Technology, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related technical field; alternatively, a full degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Process Engineering;
~ Solid understanding of production equipment, including location, function, and operating principles within a manufacturing environment;
~ Strong understanding of paper and PfR processes, equipment and quality systems;
~ Prior experience in the paper and/or mechanical manufacturing industry;
~ Excellent spoken and written Italian and English skills.

Tempo pieno from Monday to Friday
Annual base salary: 90.000 € + 20% Cash Bonus
