Recruit4Mum is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Temporary) in Bologna to support the order-to-delivery process. You will act as the main contact for customers and coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Planning in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities include managing orders, data entry in ERP, handling inquiries, and assisting with quotations. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
