Customer Quality Specialist

Your Responsibilities
- Monitoring the quality of error reports from the service department, including their systematic evaluation and analysis
- Oversight of the handling of service-related complaints using the 8D methodology
- Training service staff on quality-related topics and specific customer requirements
- Providing operational support to service personnel in managing customer complaints
- Active involvement in the continuous development of products and the optimization of business processes
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of service instructions

Your Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from a technical high school or a degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of quality assurance methods and tools (e.g., 8D, process approval, statistical process control)
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, the 7 types of waste, PDCA)




- Basic understanding of risk management (e.g., FMEA) and project management is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a plus

- Total compensation: € 52.000-€ 77.000 of which 20% variable premio based on goal achievement
