Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop project plans and resource requirements.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor team performance, and provide feedback, fostering a positive team environment while managing conflicts and resolving issues.
- Manage stakeholders’ expectations and requirements, and facilitate communication among team members.
- Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards, conduct quality audits and reviews,
and implement quality improvement processes.
- Conduct project post‑mortem meetings to identify lessons learned, close out project contracts and deliverables, and archive project documents and other artifacts.
- Effectively collaborate with Solutions Architects and other technical resources to articulate customers’ needs and identify new potential business opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as Project Manager using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies in SaaS companies or system integrators.
- Proven experience delivering complex projects, leading cross‑functional teams, using best practices, adequate tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Azure, SAP ByD), and procedures (e.g., SecDevOps).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to efficiently present the project aspects to top management executives both internally and on the client side.
