Overview

Be Management Consulting, part of the Be Group, specializes in Management Consultancy and Digital Engagement, operating across sectors including Energy & Utilities.

Job Location

Milano and Roma. The position is open to candidates, including those from protected categories.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Asset Management within Energy & Utilities.
- Asset Investment Planning, Asset Strategy Definition, Benchmarking and regulatory framework analysis.
- Risk Asset Management, Workforce Optimization, Asset Performance and Predictive Maintenance.
- Supply Chain Management, BIM & Digital Twin, Project Control.

Requirements
- Laurea STEM o Economia.
- Minimum five years experience in Energy & Utility.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving in business process optimization (e.g., electricity, integrated water services, Oil & Gas).
- Knowledge of ISO55000, ISO31000, ROSS, cost‑vantaggi analysis, ESG, and energy retail.
- Understanding of best‑practice organizational models and processes in the sector.




- Experience in consulting and proven project management skills as a Project Manager on complex projects.
- Strong organisational and sustainable team management skills; result‑oriented with analytical approach.
- Ability to inspire and motivate both technical and non‑technical teams.
- English proficiency B2 or higher.

Compensation

Salary band: €26,500‑37,000.
