YOUR ROLE
You will be the face of Poste Italiane, working in our post offices alongside customers and colleagues.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the promotion and sale of products and services
- Managing operational and administrative procedures in compliance with regulations and quality standards
- Providing information and assistance to foster customer loyalty and business growth
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum requirements
- Five-year secondary school diploma
- Italian/German bilingual certificate (minimum required level: B1)
