Your Mission

We are looking for a Quality Control Intern to join our Quality team based in Castelletto Stura (Cuneo). In this role, you will support daily quality control activities within a dynamic production environment,



contributing to the monitoring of product quality and food safety throughout the production process. You will gain hands‑on experience across both operational and analytical tasks, including laboratory testing, in‑process checks and supplier documentation management. Working closely with the team, you will help ensure compliance with internal procedures and food safety standards, supporting the consistent delivery of high‑quality products.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the sampling and inspection of incoming raw materials, including food ingredients and food contact materials (FCMs).
- Perform routine analytical tests within the internal Quality Control laboratory, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.
- Assist in the management and submission of samples to accredited external laboratories, following established procedures and timelines.
- Carry out in-process quality checks and support finished product release
