Within the GHO People & Organization function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.

The job holder can be based both in Milan, Trieste, Mogliano Veneto or Rome.

Key Responsibilities
- Working alongside the business leaders, understanding the business needs and developing tailored HR solutions
- Supporting managers on all HR‑related matters, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and conflict management
- Implementing reward policies and coordinating related processes in collaboration with the Reward organisational unit
- Supporting development and learning initiatives in collaboration with the relevant Center of Excellence
- Ensuring correct HC planning, balancing business needs and cost constraints within the overall target HC agreed
- Ensuring the right sizing and operating model of the organisational structures in collaboration with the Orga team
- Analyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensuring compliance with labour regulations and company policies




- Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture
- Ensuring local implementation of centrally designed Group projects supported by the relevant COE

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Data Management/Data Analytics or Communications
- At least 3‑5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or as a specialist within a Center of Excellence in HR & Organization
- In‑depth knowledge of HR practices and labour regulations
- Proven ability to work on projects as a Project Manager
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Proactive and results‑oriented attitude
