Senior Pharmacovigilance Project Manager- Europe

In this role you will serve as the primary contact for project-related matters with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met by PrimeVigilance. You will define project scope and objectives based on signed agreements and coordinate planning across deadlines and milestones. You will manage expectations, foster satisfaction, and support invoicing through accurate monthly reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments and provide clear updates to clients and management.
- Act as the primary contact for project-related matters
- Manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction and delivery quality
- Prepare project scope and objectives based on signed agreements
- Plan project activities including deadlines and interim milestones
- Produce reports for clients and management, including monthly reports and basis for invoicing
