Your seat to fill
- In the regional marketing team you are the product expert and brand ambassador in the product categories of Strollers, Home and Carriers in terms of product and market know-how
- Plan effectively visits to retailers’ stores in your area, considering business opportunities and product launches, aligned with Sales and Marketing team goals.
- Position based in Vicenza, in CYBEX Italian office. 70% of time travel to visit customers from North to South Italy, 30% of time work from the office in Vicenza
- During customers visits deliver structured product, sales, and technical training to retail teams, improving staff knowledge, confidence, and conversion rates on sales
- Preparation of marketing material for the sales force/retailers to secure product knowledge
- Plan and implement strong retail activations for your assigned product category. Pro-actively drive sell-out growth through structured in-store activations, events and technical selling support. Maintain a strong retail presence in key stores, including availability for 2 Saturdays per month, to support sales and customer experience (working Saturday recovered with an additional day off the week after)
- Be the main point of reference for retailer social media activities: organize, plan, record, and personally feature in social media content for retailers. Ensure that content is published according to schedule and that retailers consistently execute social media plans fo
