Axelera AI is looking for a Senior Advanced Packaging & Power Delivery Engineer to shape the architecture of next-generation AI accelerators. This role involves owning the power delivery design end-to-end and leading advanced packaging architecture decisions.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in power delivery and packaging design, with strong expertise in 2.5D/3D IC technologies. The position offers flexible working arrangements including options to work from Italy.
