COMMIS DE RANG

For the upcoming 2025 season, the 7Pines Resort Sardinia is looking for a Commis de rang.

Main responsibilities
- Organising the restaurant's mise en place
- Cleaning equipment and tables
- Greeting and receiving customers in the absence of the person in charge
- Handling the bill and the till (if required)
- Handling dishes at the buffet (if present)
- Answering customers' questions, taking orders, also over the phone
- Sharing information with the restaurant and kitchen

Requirements
- Interpersonal skills and aptitude for interpersonal relationships
- Knowledge of the English lenguage
- Previous experience in luxury hotels
