Primary Responsibilities
- Lead all pre‑opening activities for the new Dior SPA launching in 2026, including facility setup, operational planning, vendor selection, and initial stock procurement.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive SPA revenue, profitability, and market positioning in alignment with Dior brand standards and Belmond's operational excellence.
- Lead wellness initiatives beyond the SPA, crafting innovative wellness experiences that respond to the latest trends and are presented in line with the property's unique positioning.
- Identify opportunities for and execute on‑property wellness activations that enhance the guest journey.
- Oversee movement, nutrition, and all wellness initiatives integrated across the entire guest journey within the hotel.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a high‑performing team of SPA Dior Therapists, receptionists, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
