field-oriented and have a positive attitude.You have the ability to work effectively in an international environment.COMPETENCIES:You have strong knowledge of process management and quality assurance.You are familiar with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and EN 9100.You can manage management systems and coordinate process improvements.You are able to perform internal audits and incorporate maturity assessment plans.LIFE AS A QUALITY SYSTEM MANAGEMENT ENGINEER ROLEAs a Quality System Management Engineer within Thales, you will participate in the management of the Chorus Management System deployed in Thales Alenia Space.You will lead the network of Process Owners and coordinate with them to improve processes.You will organize Change Control Boards to validate and configure process evolutions.You will facilitate knowledge capitalization and continuous improvement within the company.You will ensure the compliance of processes and documented
