Enrollment and Student Services Officer
Orienta SpA, agenzia per il lavoro ricerca per nota università con sede a Roma zona Garbatella un/a:
Supports the promotion programs by recruiting and counseling candidates and ensuring follow-up throughout the enrollment and admissions process.
Contributes to the organization of on-campus and online promotional events.
Key purpose of the role
- Enrollment – Ensures an efficient enrollment process through the qualification of leads from the CRM system (Salesforce); supports follow-up activities with prospective students and provides administrative support to facilitate the enrollment process.
- Admissions and Counselling – Supports the admissions process and organizes interviews with prospective students and their families to facilitate enrollment.




- Reporting – Supports the production of a weekly report on generated leads and pipeline status.
- Events – Supports all activities related to the organization of on-campus and online promotional events (open days, admission tests).

Si offre
- contratto in somministrazione da inizio settembre a dicembre 2026 più eventuali proroghe
- Ral 20,5k piu' buoni pasto – 13 mensilità
- Sede: Roma sud

Requisiti
- Ottimo inglese
- conoscenza di Excel
- Proattività e precisione

Retribuzione lorda mensile full timeEUR 1200 - EUR 1600
