We are seeking a passionate and service-driven Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant, nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside at Tenuta Toscana.

The ideal candidate will embody elegance, professionalism, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, ensuring a refined and memorable dining experience for our discerning international clientele, while celebrating the authentic flavours and warmth of Tuscan cuisine.

This position will report directly to the F&B; Operations Manager, collaborating closely to maintain the highest standards of service and operational efficiency.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Manage and execute service within the assigned section to oversee the service delivery in the assigned section, ensuring a flawless, personalized, and memorable experience for each guest, adhering to the highest standards of hospitality and refinement.
- Uphold the service philosophy of Tenuta Toscana by providing tailored recommendations and anticipating guest preferences,



offering proactive, intuitive service to exceed expectations.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure that each course is delivered at the perfect temperature and presented impeccably, creating a seamless flow between kitchen and dining room.
- Enhance the guest experience by offering expert wine pairings and insight into local Tuscan wines, engaging guests in a sophisticated yet relaxed conversation about the origins and characteristics of the selections.
- Maintain the elegance of the dining environment by ensuring immaculate table settings, proper lighting, and a harmonious atmosphere that reflects the brand’s luxurious identity.
- Lead by example, guiding junior team members and commis with professionalism and grace, ensuring adherence to service standards, operational efficiency, and harmonious teamwork.
