Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Listed Companies Price Sensitive & Corporate Information Intern to join the Institutional Functions team. The position will be based in Milan, and start in November. You will primarily be responsible for:Monitoring price sensitive information disseminated by companies listed on Euronext Equity Italian MarketsPreparing and publishing Borsa Italiana Announcements, including the relevant technical provisionsPopulating the Borsa Italiana database in relation to corporate events and dividend paymentsChecking compliance with Euronext Growth Milan listed companies' obligationsVerifying Specialist obligationsSupporting the team in interactions with listed issuers, advisors and supervisory authoritiesAssisting in managing institutional proceedings such as suspension, delisting or enforcement actionsYour profile:Degree in Economics, Business or Law (or currently studying towards one)Basic knowledge of financial statement analysis, company and financial law,
