As a Senior Regional Sales Manager in our Trauma division, you will play a critical role in shaping the performance, culture, and long-term success of a strategically important region in Northern Italy.This is a high-impact leadership role, designed for someone who thrives in complexity, leads with purpose, and knows how to build and elevate high-performing teams.What you will doYou will take full ownership of your region, leading both people and business performance, while strengthening partnerships with healthcare professionals and delivering sustainable growth.Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering an inclusive and motivating environmentOwn regional performance: sales, forecasting, pipeline development, and budget accountabilityBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and healthcare decision-makers (including KOLs)Drive business growth through both existing accounts and new customer acquisitionManage a complex ecosystem,
