Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & Executive HiringDefine and execute Gucci's global Talent Acquisition strategy, aligned with business priorities, workforce planning and future talent needs.Lead strategic, executive and critical hiring activities globally, ensuring strong talent pipelines across all functions and geographies.Partner with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to anticipate talent needs, support succession planning and provide market intelligence.Drive a proactive approach to talent mapping, pipeline building and candidate engagement.2.
