For this reason, we need the best talents to walk alongside us, supporting together this process of continuous evolution.Position Overview:As part of the Marketing team within the corporate Building Business Unit, the Product Marketing Manager will drive the growth of the Building Business by leading the development of innovative products and services in the Wiring Devices segment (plugs, sockets, switches, and electrical installation components).
The role will manage the lifecycle of the building portfolio, with a specific focus on adapting and launching solutions for International Markets requiring British Standard (BS) and/or German (DIN VDE), from concept to launch and beyond.Key Responsibilities:1. Market AnalysisMonitor market size, competition, and positioning, with a global perspective and localized insights.Analyze customer needs, market trends, and international technical regulations to identify opportunities for new products, variants, or business models.Evaluate opportunities in terms of growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with local marketing teams for deeper and quicker market insights, maintaining a strong connection with customers through visits, tradeshows, webinars, and industry associations.2.
