About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Environment & Energy Sustainable System Development Specialist to join our "Operations Sustainability, Environment & Energy" team. In this role, you will help shape and deliver our sustainability strategy across global operations by ensuring regulatory compliance, advancing ISO certification programs, supporting investment decisions, driving continuous improvement, and overseeing performance metrics. You will play a key role in supporting our hazelnut operations, third-party operations, ensuring that sustainability is embedded across business processes and supply chains.Main Responsibilities:As Environment & Energy Sustainable System Development Specialist, you will coordinate the performance and follow-up of legal compliance assessments across sites in accordance with Ferrero's methodology. In this role, you will also take charge of regulatory compliance, managing reporting obligations, permitting processes, and audit readiness.Managing and maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certifications will be part of your responsibilities,
