This is a founding team role at an early-stage startup building a product from scratch. The pace is intense, and the hours will reflect that. If you are looking for a predictable 9-to-5 schedule, this role is not right for you. We need people who are energized by the early-stage grind, not drained by it.

Overview
We are an early-stage startup building an AI-generated content platform for the adult creator economy.



The product replicates the OnlyFans business model with one fundamental difference: every creator on the platform is AI-generated. Every photo, every video, every personality is produced by AI. No real creators. No management teams. The content is the product, and AI is how we produce it.

The AI Scientist is the most critical hire on this team. You will own the entire AI content production pipeline: model selection, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and visual consistency across all generated assets. This is a lead-level role with full ownership of the technical decisions that determine whether the product meets the quality bar required to sell.

Responsibilities
Model selection and evaluation

- Evaluate, benchmark, and select AI models for image and video generation across the current landscape (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Flux, DALL-E, Runway, Pika, and others). Recommend and implement the optimal model stack for our use case.
