Our growth as off price has been massive: in just four years, we’ve launched over 200 stores, built a team of 5,800+ people, and established a presence across 15 markets (including Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain, Romania. Now, we are focusing on expanding our footprint and opening brand-new stores across Italy as one of our the most important market.

To lead this next phase of growth, we are looking for a skilled Expansion Manager to join our team in Italy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and implement our market entry and expansion strategies throughout Italy
- Ensure all stores comply with company policies, regulations, and industry’s best practices

Conduct property scouting, feasibility studies,



and prepare proposals for management approval.
- Assess potential locations based on demographic data, commercial viability and financial forecasts.
- Act as the main point of contact and build strong relationships with property owners, developers and real estate partners.
- Conduct negotiations on lease agreements and manage all the necessary documentation for opening new retail outlets.
- Closely monitor market trends, changes in consumer behavior and competitors’ moves to identify risks and new opportunities.
- Manage multiple expansion projects simultaneously, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for entering new markets.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Property Studies or a related field.
- Solid professional experience in retail expansion is must
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting complex market
